Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as 董事長私人助理/Chairman Personal Assistant. If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with a minimum degree of Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 7,300 - RM 10,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

  1. 負責董事長行程規劃及機票交通、住宿、簽證等差旅安排。
  2. 協助董事長個人交辦行政庶務及協調事項處理。
  3. 撰寫或彙整中/英文之簽核文件、書信、合約等並追蹤掌控。
  4. 其它臨時交辦的任務。

  1. 具主動學習、表達溝通佳、機靈、穩定性高、細心負責、執行力強。
  2. 需配合出差,工作時間可彈性配合任務要求,部份遠端工作。
  3. 需長期駐點在菲律賓,公司提供住宿。

Job Contents: 

  1. Responsible for the chairman’s itinerary planning and travel arrangements such as air tickets, transportation, accommodation, and visas.
  2. Assist the chairman in handling administrative affairs and coordination matters.
  3. Write or compile Mandarin/English signed documents, letters, contracts, etc. and track and control them.
  4. Other temporarily assigned tasks.

Language conditions:

  • English/Proficient
  • Mandarin/Proficient

Other conditions:

  • Active learning, good expression and communication, flexible, high stability, careful and responsible, strong execution.
  • Need to cooperate with business trips, working hours can be flexible to meet task requirements, some remote work.
  • The long-term station is required in the Philippines, and the company provides accommodation.
