- You shall be responsible to manage and administer the overall daily operations of the Account Department under the Account Executive observation.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to perform their tasks on time.
- Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
- Manage day to day account and finance operations including system data entry.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- At least Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Prior knowledge on accounting software SQL, UBS System Payroll will have added advantage.
