We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Klang/Port Klang and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Account Assistant in our business office, Speedy Best Sdn Bhd.

Candidates with a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 2,500 - RM 3,500, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Requirements:

• Preferably experience in full set of accounts

• SQL user is a BONUS

• Minimum 2 year working experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Diploma in LCCI and equivalent

Job Description:

• Assist maintaining accounting workflow and regular follow-up.

• Process employee monthly expenses claims & payroll OT record.

• Maintain proper filling and accurate entry system.

• Assist in the day-to-day operation, account and admin activities.

• Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting and administrative tasks

• Maintain and update necessary records such as invoices, receipts and payment vouchers etc.

• Check and monitor customers’ invoices/ payment issues

• Maintain up to date records and efficient filing systems

• Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
