We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Account Assistant. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

This role is open to be based in Skudai, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.


  • Assist in preparation of AP, AR, bank reconciliation and monthly accounting reports
  • Timely prepare management reports, financial reports and other ad-hoc reports
  • Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, goods received note and able to perform clerical duties such as typing, filing and other ad-hoc duties
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledger and other records (disbursement, expense voucher, receipts, AR and AP)
  • To assist in daily operations, including payment processing and data entry into accounting systems.
  • Handling or assisting will all banking related matters such as daily banking, account opening, purchasing of bank drafts, cash withdrawals and deposits.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of department filing

Competency/ Technical Skills Required

  • Possess a minimum of Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in handling accounts
  • Exposure to AR are highly desirable
  • Must be time sensitive to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently and work multitasking, willing to learn and make career advancement.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, outgoing, assertive, independent and versatile team player.
  • Possess good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to be based in Skudai, Johor
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
