Our company PHARMA ACE SDN BHD is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of account executive & administrative and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,800 - RM 4,500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Vacancy – 3 positions
Responsibility
- Handle Account Receivables and Account Payable transactions included billing and issue invoice.
- Consolidate and update receivables, invoice and payment processing in timely manner.
- Update accounting record and data posting in the accounting system.
- Checking and processing expenses requests.
- Prepare monthly management accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
- Assist in general accounting related function and duties.
- Performing basic office tasks including answering phones, responding emails, recording information etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by management.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirement
- Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Words
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, result oriented.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Administration/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Malaysia or Mandarin
- Preferred who have own transport
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Knowledge in SQL software is a PLUS!
