Our company Kimjaya Setia Sdn. Bhd. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of account executive cum admin and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,800 - RM 3,800 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to update account transaction on timely and accurately
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Responsible to reconcile bank receiving accounts in a timely manner
  • Responsible to carry out stock take activities as per schedule.
  • Prepare company’s full set of accounts including closing and financial statement.
  • Liaise with external auditor on annual audit.
  • Responsible for payment prepare including suppliers, salary, EPF, SOSCO and etc on timely and accurately
  • Responsible to verify employee’s attendance record, overtime claim and expenses claim
  • To liaise with respective PIC and service provider/supplier and monitor the maintenance and administration requirement of the Company.
  • To handle the purchasing of stationeries, office refreshments and misc.
  • Undertake any and all other ad hoc duties and responsibilities given by the company director and superior.
  • Maintain 5S for the office general area.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience in using accounting XERO software is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in detail
  • Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
