We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Mininum 3 years working experience or similar role is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, initiative, pro-active, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Candidate must be independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good language and communication skill (both written and spoken).
- Familiar with Construction Industry is an advantage.
- Can start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
- Knowledge on SQL and MYOB Software will be an added advantage.
- Maintain Account Receivable and Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing , CN, receipts, reconciliation to creditors statements and etc.
- Liaise with QS regarding transaction history in out of tender.
- To match invoices with supporting documents and to prepare payment vouchers and cheques promptly.
- To assist in the preparation of documentation, and reports and maintain a proper filing system to ensure effective access to documentation.
- Chase payment and record all the payment account transactions.
- Review staff claims and payment.
- Check EFT and JV account and liase with license owner.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax agent, suppliers, creditors, relevant authorities etc.
- To undertake any other tasks and jobs that the management/ superior may be assigned from time to time.
