The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 4,000 - RM 4,500. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Descriptions:
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, JV, AR, AP)
- Monitoring of cash flow available (Collections, Payments, Balance update).
- Payment preparations, Daily Cashflow report.
- Prepare Inter-Company Billing, Fixed Assets Registrar, Accruals and Prepayments
- Liaise with store keeper for stock movements, prepare stock movement records.
- Prepare monthly management report, closing and reconciliations (Bank, Customer, Supplier, Interco, Staff Advances, Etc).
- Maintenance of accounting records, Proper filing and supporting documents
- Liaise with external parties (I.E: auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and government authorities)
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting and Finance experience.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and accounting software.
- Have high degree of accuracy, strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented and meticulous
- Work independently with a positive attitude, good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Diligent, hardworking & willing to learn.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to Neo Damansara and Setia Alam, 5 Day Work Week.
- Able to speak Mandarin and join immediately is an added advantage.
