Candidates with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Responsible for managing financial records and transactions of a company. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting standards and regulations.

It includes but is not limited to:

A) General Accounting

  1. Master data Maintenance such as Chart of account, exchange rate, system open/close period.
  2. Recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in an accounting system.
  3. Responsible for managing accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, client disbursement, and top-up billing. This includes processing invoices, debit notes, credit notes, making payments to vendors & providers, and collecting payments& floating fund from customers.
  4. Responsible for FA register, depreciation and disposal.
  5. Responsible for accurately recording financial transactions by passing journal entries in the accounting system.
  6. Responsible for preparation of balance sheet schedule, maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner. It also involves reconciling the general ledger with other financial records and ledgers.
  7. Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  8. Analyse financial data and provide insights to management on the company’s financial performance and opportunities for improvement.

B) Treasury Function

  1. Managing the company’s cash flow and ensuring that there is always sufficient cash on hand to meet the company’s financial obligations.
  2. Ensuring that all operating bank accounts and virtual bank accounts are reconciled and up-to-date.
  3. Handling of Bank Guarantee.
  4. Liaise with the bank on all financial matters related to our accounts.

C) Operation Duties

  1. Coordination with Network team and Operations, ensure all align and support the financials input, billing and payment& disbursement transaction, compliance, and report requirement.
  2. Client onboarding, Virtual account maintenance and Float management.

D) Others

  1. Assisting with audits: Responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date financial records to auditors during financial audits.
  2. Ensure the company is in compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns.
  3. Liaise with Company Secretary/ Legal on statutory obligations, agreements and contracts.
  4. Assist annual group budgeting and cashflow forecasting exercise.
  5. Ad hoc requirements requested by management aligning to company strategies and direction
