We are offering a salary of RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description

  • Recording and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Handling invoice processing and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Assisting with membership inquiries, applications, and renewals.
  • Maintaining accurate membership records and databases.
  • Coordinating membership-related communications and notifications.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration.
  • Financial Skills:
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with financial record keeping, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Administrative Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
