We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Accounts and Admin Executive in our company, HYPERQB SDN. BHD.. For candidates who reside in Kuala Lumpur and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree & Master's Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

  • To handle and monitor full sets of general accounts of the company which includes updating and verification ledger, bank reconciliation, account payable, account receivable, month end closing, statutory report etc. with on time cut-off date.
  • To prepare monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow and forecast.
  • Prepare monthly management reports accurately and timely together with the financial analysis.
  • Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables
  • To maintain well-organized and thorough financial reporting records and ensure all the accounting is perform within the company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
  • To undertake the company administrative tasks for supporting company operations


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Human Resource/Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in handling full set of general accounts
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Patient, pleasant and friendly disposition with an eye for detail
  • Willing to learn, compliant, have initiative and a self-starter 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbook Accounting Software,Payroll Software
