We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Accounts Assistant. For those of you who live in Puchong and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, VCS INTERIOR SDN BHD, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U & Professional Certificate, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,300 - RM 3,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

VCS INTERIOR SDN BHD
Industry: Design & Build
– Manage Company’s Full set accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, etc …
– Monitor and checking staff claim & Director Claim, Hardware Claim, Worker Wages.
– Responsible of debtor aging & creditor aging.
– Responsible for sales accounts receivable and accounts payable.
– Perform reconciliation of general ledger, journal by project.
– Contribute to the completion of month-end accounting and financial closing.
– Petty cash – general
– Staff Commission
– Assist in Fixed Assets management
– Procedure of accounting standard, SOP
– Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & bank statement
– To check and prepare all the payment, including payment by cheque, telegrahic transfer, bank draft, bank guarantee, Banker Acceptance
– Monitor and prepare all company deposit and prepayment
– Keeping accurate and timely and accounting records
– Deal with Auditor.
– Any other duties as assign by management
– IMMEDIATELY VACANCY!!
Requirements:
– Possess at least SPM / LCCI higher/diploma/degree/ finance
– At least 3years of working experience in finance/accounting.
– Full time position available.
– Applicants much be willing to work in Puchong.
– Computer literate and knowledge of UBS software will be advantage.
– Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
– Malaysian citizens only.
