We are offering a salary of RM 2,500 - RM 3,200 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Our scope of expertise includes consulting, proposing of interior design layout, designing of M & E services, project management and provide maintenance services for our equipment. We are hiring Accounts Assistant to assist Finance Manager on daily tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- manage payments & confidential financial information.
- data entry for all payment vouchers.
- maintain proper filing system as set by management.
- follow up on overdue customer payment.
- verify staff claims, supplier invoices.
- perform administrative office tasks & operational function.
- prepare purchase order, delivery order & sales invoice.
- assist in ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Business or related fields
- as an Account Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience.
- highly proficient in Microsoft Office & SQL accounting software.
- Good command of English
- pleasant personality with good work ethics.
