We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

In line with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Accounts Executive. You will be mainly responsible for handling a full set of accounts of multiple subsidiary companies.

Who are we looking for?

  • You will need to manage & lead the finance function day to day operation of overall account and financial activities (AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation and BA due date listing)
  • You will need to conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate timely reporting and submission of monthly, periodic, as well as management report (Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow). Update and report directors at a timely manner, including weekly payment/collection forecasts
  • You will need to liaise with banker, solicitors, company secretary, tax agent and auditors pertaining to financial matters.
  • You will need to ensure Audit requirements are met and manage company tax and Planning

What do we need from you?

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Salary negotiable based on experiences.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Professional Qualifications or equivalent.
  • Candidate with prior experience in team leadership will be have an advantage in this position.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking. It will have advantage if know Mandarin speaking.
  • The company is a 3-year startup company which required someone competence in the relevant responsibilities.
