We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 2,500 - RM 3,500.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Accounts officer (Receivables / Payables)

 Job Responsibilities:         

·        To monitor and handle day-to-day Accounts Receivables (AR) & Accounts Payables (AP) functions.

·        Prepare customers Invoices/ Debit Note/ Credit Note.

·        Prepare daily sales reports.

·        To facilitate payment of sales invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients to ensure they pay within their agreed payment terms.

·        To verify discrepancies and to resolve any billing issues pertaining to clients’ accounts & provide prompt feedback to relevant sections for further solution.

·        Prepare monthly payment of supplier invoices

·        Monitor & process urgent payment requests before the specific deadline.

·        Reconciliation of Receivable/Payable accounts.

·        To assist superior for daily transaction, checking, verification, follow up if necessary.

·        Other ad hoc duties as assign by superior/management from time to time.


·        Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or higher equivalent.

·        At least 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·        Required Skills : Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words

·        Able to work independently and work under pressure

·        Able to commit time to meet deadline and able to prioritize work

·        Work well in a team as well as individually.
