We are hiring! To candidates with Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, we Vivre Creative Design Pte Ltd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as admin & accounts executive and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 2,600 - RM 3,500.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties and clerical support
- Manage day-to-day office operations timely and efficiently
- Prepare invoice and quotation
- Filling and basic accounts-related duties (profit and loss statement)
- Prepare financial information into Accounting software
- Full set accounts required
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- O level and above
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role
- Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.)
- Able to work well independently and willing to learn.
