We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in Bukit Timah and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 2,200 - RM 2,800 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Perm / Contract (till end Jan 24 or longer)
Responsibilities:
• To assist in all admin & receptionist duties
• To oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Coordination of logistics / deliveries
• To provide admin support to sales team (eg. arranging/packing of samples)
• To provide support for in marketing efforts (eg. handling social media account)
• To assist in simple hands-on tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)
• To take charge of office/guest area general tidiness / cleanliness
• And other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Proactive, spontaneous, and cheerful personality
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva (optional)
• Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with suppliers in China
• No experience needed, but must be willing to learn and possess right attitude
