PAVILION PARAGON SDN. BHD. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Sarawak and surrounding areas as admin clerk with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 1,500 - RM 2,100 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

 ADMIN CLERK

Description

– To assit in day to day operations efficiently

– Maintain proper filing system, ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval

– Perform adhoc task when assigned

– Prepare essential documentation

– Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary

– Prepare document tender

– Register & Renewal license UPKJ,CIDB, MOF 

Job Requirements

– Candidate must possess at SPM & DIPLOMA (Fresh graduate)

– Computer literate, good in Microsoft Words & Excel

– Able to work multitask, under pressure, independently & adhere to deadlines with minimum supervision

– Minimum 3 years relevant experience

– Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage

– Driving License will be advantage & own transport
