Job Description

Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentations and filing in a timely manner

Ensuring the timely preparation and processing of quotations and invoices

Able to respond to any general questions or concerns raised by the Consultants for non-Technical matters

Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities 

Work with team to gather all updated information regarding project status.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.

working hours

monday – friday = 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

saturday = 9.00 am – 2 .00 pm

sunday & public holiday off
