We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,500 - RM 2,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

1. To handle correspondence with customers.
2. Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
3. To make sure all the invoices, payment and receipts are recorded and processed at the specific time and finish within the given timeline.
4.Possesses a positive work attitude and is able to perform multitasking.
5. Maintain appointment calendar and scheduling meetings accordingly.
6. Capable of detailed record keeping, paper work, & data entry
7. Maintain account receivable records, and verify and rectify customer balances
8. Manage physical assets and equipment, track assets, and schedule maintenance, & repairs.
9. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, order new supplies, and ensure inventory records are accurate.
10. To monitor, check & ensure all invoices, reimbursements are received in time for closing
