We need you to fill the position as Admin cum Clerk for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Selangor and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 2,000 - RM 3,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Responsibility – Administration
- Full time executives are in charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, various administrative related duties and transactions
- Update timely the complete accounting functions (if required)
- Renewal of all relevant licences and letters of authority for agents
- In charge of all administrative matters for agents and members of the BOVAEA
- Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc
- Ensure all emails and queries are answered/completed within 24 hours
- Monitor and track the agency’s tenancy agreements and related contracts
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company
- Assist company director on all company related matters
Job Responsibility – Clerk
- Knowledge in SQL and to update all accounting matters in the software system
- To issue billing invoice payments or anything related on operational tasks on a need to basis
- Receive and process payments/collections in an orderly manner
- Raising payments to agents, vendors and third-parties as needed
- (Position will be assisted/supported by the company’s accounts & finance executive)
- Experience in working in a property agency (preferable)
- Candidates should have at least LCCI/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & general IT savviness (knowledge in SQL, ERP or other accounting system, will be a bonus)
- At least 1 years of working experience in a related role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Working Hours Monday – Friday , 9.30am-6pm
- Average Processing Notification Time: 2 Days
