Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Admin cum Sales Coordinator. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,500 - RM 3,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- To prepare quotation, sales order and relevant documents.
- Handle phone and email sales enquiries
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, to counter check artworks
- Follow up order status (Internal)
- Any ad-hoc work given by superior.
Qualifications
- SPM/STPM / Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent experience
- Fresh Graduate or at least 2 year of experience in sales related role
- Proficient in SQL & Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Efficient in multitasking and time management
- Possess excellent communication skills, numerical and detail meticulous
- Good in both writing and speaking in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- have own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
