We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of ADMIN EXECUTIVE/ 行政秘书/ 客服人员 in our company, Persatuan Kebajikan Orang Kurang Upaya Xi Li Er Malaysia. For candidates who reside in Johor Bahru and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

Job Responsibilities:

– Explanations to visitor about our centre operation model

– Enhance centre popularity

– Representative centre to attend event

-代表中心出席活动

– Able to answer call, reply messages 

-接听来自访客电话和回复讯息

– Updates Facebook post and advertisement

-更新FACEBOOK帖文及广告

– Updates website information

-更新网页资讯

– Daily administrative tasks required in workplace

-日常行政工作

– Any other duties requested by the principal

-其他来自院长的工作要求

Job Requirements:

– SPM and above

-SPM 及以上

– Basic computer skills

-基本电脑操作

– 20-45 years old, possess own transport

-年龄介于20-45岁,自备交通

– Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated

-拥有良好的人际关系及沟通能力,有上进心

– Willing to learn, good team player and meticulous

-乐于学习,善于团队合作

– 6 working days (10am-6pm)

-6天工作日(早上10点到旁晚6点)

– Able to start work immediately is preferred
