We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Admin Executive

We are looking for an Admin Executive to oversee office maintenance/operations and administrative staff members. The Administrative Executive continuously develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the office operate smoothly and efficiently.

What are your job responsibilities?

  • Supervise day-to-day administration operations of the company;
  • Review and improve administrative procedures & processes;
  • To maintain cleanliness & tidiness of the office building & facilities;
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Arrange, purchase, and inventory control for stationaries, pantry items, name card, PPE, first aid items etc.
  • Quotation comparison for new and/ or existing suppliers when needed;
  • Prepare necessary supplies for new join employees – workstation cleanliness, phone extension, corporate shirt, and any other items needed;
  • Maintain and update group employee contact listing;
  • Maintain a record and compilation of corporate line with local telco on contract expiry and renewal;
  • Maintain a record of upkeep of fire extinguishers, alarm system, pest control, lift, office machines such as water dispenser, coffee maker etc;
  • Manage and monitor outsourced security & cleaners;
  • Back-up receptionist during on-leave and lunch break by duty rooster (rotation) including handling incoming calls, walk-in guests and receiving couriers;
  • Monitor expiry and renewal of business license/ tenancy agreement/ office equipment/ services agreement;
  • Flight/accommodation booking for staffs when needed;
  • Responsible for parking management;
  • Handle Covid-19 prevention measures;
  • Assist to welcome & to do simple food serving for VIP guests when required.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • At least 1 years administration experience;
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin;
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office;
  • Alert and have a sense of ownership towards the Company’s building & facilities;
  • Must be able to work in face pace environment and work under pressure.
