Our company Great Legacy Advisory Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of admin executive and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to Directors for both working and personal matters. This will include but not limited to arranging meeting, making payment for office utilities, documents filing, arranging travel transportation and accommodation etc.

  1. Process, circulate and respond as appropriate to incoming mail and all other enquiries / correspondences.
  1. Prepare presentation documentation for Directors.
  1. Organising and maintaining records systems for all client’s documents. 

5.    Compile and summaries the Group production data on timely basis.

6.    Any other task assigned by Directors as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

1.    Academic Qualification

–     Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Secretarial / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.

2.    Working Experience

–     At least 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3.    Skills

–     Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and English are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients.

–     Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

–     Well versed in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.

–     Able to file and manage documents systematically.

–     Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
