We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Selangor and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Admin Executive in our business office, Roselle Mont-Clair Furnishing (M) Sdn Bhd.

Candidates with a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Provide full range of administrative support.
- Administrative works: Invoicing, Delivery Note, Quotation, check stock & etc.
- Coordinate with sales and internal departments
- Support on logistics arrangement.
- Assist in general office administrative support activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Company will provide job training.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Computer literate.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft words, Excel and Outlook
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude
