As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 5,500 to a maximum of RM 6,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines٫ developing measures to optimize the processes.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, renew company vehicle roadtax and insurance, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum 3 years of Administration Manager working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Administration or its equivalent;
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in Oil Palm plantation industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately will be preferable.
