We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Description
Job Description:
1. Manage day to day general office operations & office condition upkeep.
2. Provide administrative support to the managers and instructors.
3. Familiar with EPF i-akaun (Employer), e-PCB system and PERKESO Portal Assist.
4. Preparations of payment vouchers, salary and etc.
5. Liaise with the local authorities and government departments for labour and admin-related matters, etc.
6. Liaise with external parties on HR & admin related matters. E.g. building maintenance, contractors, office equipment vendors and etc.
7. Maintain hard copy and filing system.
8. Maintain office supply inventories
9. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
