Candidates who are domiciled in Petaling Jaya and its surroundings and meet these following minimum criteria:

  • Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree & Master's Degree
  • Experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support
  • Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.

The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 2,400 - RM 2,800. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

  • Perform Administrative, clerical and reporting tasks.
  • Able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
  • Propose and initiative to improve all processes to ensure effective implementation of any task assigned.
  • Be flexibility in accepting the tasks and responsibilities requires for the position,
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): 華語, English (able to listen, read, write and speak)
  • No work experience required.
  • Must be hardworking, reliable and well-mannered.
  • Be punctual at all time when on duties.
  • Must be ready to relocate and work in oversea.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Mandarin would be an added advantage as role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Positions available at Kelana Jaya, PJ
