We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Administrative. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Fine Paper Takeo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,500 - RM 4,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

.Key Duties And Requirement

–         provide administrative support to efficiently and independently

–         coordinate daily customer service operation including email, call, etc

–         to assist inbound calls with promptly answer and professionally regarding enquiries and complaints

–         outbound calls for follow up issues/cases

–         other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time

. Skill Requirement

–         mature, tactful and independent

–         good communication skill

–         knowledge of basic computer knowledge, i.e Microsoft word, Excel and power point

–         customer service oriented and ability to manage multi-tasks

–         able to start immediately will be added advantage
