We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Provide administrative, operational and project support to the project pre-, during and post-project implementation towards successful achievement of the DOP objectives. Assist across all PMO workstream activities as and when required.


  1. Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of PMO including but not limited to scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining office, arranging logistics and organising project related documentation.
  2. Coordinate office activities, operations and office maintenance to ensure efficiency and smooth operations whilst in compliance with the Bank’s policies.
  3. Manage the procurement and purchasing activities such as prepare purchase orders, process payment, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment and delivery.
  4. Manage and maintain systematic documentation including all administrative documents to ensure easy access for reference.
  5. Assist across all PMO activities and support project related tasks towards the achievement of the Bank’s strategic outcome in the DOP project.

  • Academic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Diploma or an equivalent qualification in any related field preferably in Human Resource related domain / Office Management / Business Administration. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Data / Information Technology is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must obtain 5 credits in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) for subjects including Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in Office Administration.
