The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Attain sales target with a focus on target market segments in responsible areas
- Coach and manage the distributor’s sales team and ensure the implementation of Goodyear sales policy.
- Implement account management and ensuring effective utilization of account management processes, systems, and tools.
- Carry out intensive customer visits to promote sell-through and maintain and develop local sales & service network.
- Develop new business/customers and support marketing programs
- Provide valuable consultancy to customers to improve their service quality and operation management
- Gather and collect valid market data such as retail shop information. competitor’s information. auto-registration information by segment etc.
Job Requirements:
- At least with a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degree in Business/Marketing is a plus
- 2+ years selling experience from a tire or automotive industry or consumer industry, preferably with exposure/experience in the dealer network.
- Key account management and selling skills.
- Able to analyze problems and recommend solutions
- Team player, with strong interpersonal, relationship and customer management skills
- Good communication skills and can speak English and local dialects
