We are hiring for the position of ASSISTANT ADMIN/PROJECT ADMIN with full time working hours for our company office, Lim Hoo Seng Construction Sdn Bhd, for residents of Kuala Lumpur and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level or higher are highly needed. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Admin:

  • Provide efficient reception and general office clerical support services to all line departments and perform other related office administration duties as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system.
  • Attending to all incoming or outgoing calls appropriately and courteously; handling basic enquiries, transfer phone calls and take message for related staff / department.
  • Attend to all guests and visitors’ enquiries at the reception counter.
  • Positively represents the company in all interactions and promotes a positive impression to customers and visitors, attending to all guests and visitors enquiries at the reception counter.
  • Managing correspondence; handling all departments outgoing mail & courier services, to monitor, sort and distribute all incoming faxes or mails.
  • Assist in ISO 9001:2015 documentations.
  • All other related or ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time by head of department.

Project:

  • Interact with project team on project activities / status.
  • Prepare and manage all project correspondence / documents and record keeping.
  • Assist in tender preparation.
  • Compile all the progress reports from project team.
  • Organize and maintain proper project filling and record system for documents, drawings & etc.
  • All other related or ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time by head of department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM or its equivalent with experience.
  • Experience in office administration work.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a construction environment
  • Non-Executive / Junior Level specialized in Quantity Surveyor / Engineering – Civil / Construction / Structural added advantages.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, team player, have good communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate, independent, disciplined and dedicated.
