We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER. For those of you who live in Ampang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, DKH MEDICA SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 5,000 - RM 8,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Human Resources :

  • Oversee the Human Resources Department for the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Mobility Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, Performance & Talent Management, Employee & Industrial Relations and HR Project Managements
  • Develop and implement Human Resource policies & procedures and process flows to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and making job offers
  • Oversee employee performance management and providing coaching and feedback to improve job performance
  • Manage competitive remuneration package for employee based on the market practice including salary revision, promotion, salary adjustment and bonus
  • Manage the payroll process, including ensuring accurate records and timely payments
  • Manage employee benefits program, attendance, leave and claim management systems
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage poor performances, disputes, grievances and disciplinary issues as per labour and industrial laws
  • Manage Company welfare such as organizing Annual Dinner, Bonding, Family Day or any related events to improve employee engagement in the Company

Administration :

  • Oversee the Administration, Project Management (new and existing clinic renovation projects), Licensing, Dental Clinic Operations, Operations Services (Inventory & Procurement) and Business Development Departments
  • Manage Company licensing with city councils and government bodies
  • Managed Internal and external Audit for Medical Device Authority (MDA) Licence
  • Manage end-to-end branches renovation progress and daily administration activities
  • Manage general and operation administration activities
  • To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resource role and / 4 years as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager
  • Good knowledge of labour and industrial laws
  • Excellent communications, negotiation interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized, independent, cooperative and a team player
  • Multitask, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate in Ms Office i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in HRIS system will be an added advantage
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
