We are hiring for the position of Assistant, Human Resources and Admin with full time working hours for our company office, S L NG Group of Companies, for residents of Subang Jaya and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR administration functions and duties.
- Distribute company belongings to employee. E.g. company uniform, mobile phone, tablet, sim card, medical card, laptop, petrol card etc.
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management. E.g. photocopier machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, air-cond, carpark, pantry and etc.
- Office general stationaries and sundries purchases and controlling.
- Serving as a point of contact with vendors / contractors / third parties.
- Create Purchase Order for necessary works.
- Participate in customer audit, ensure company’s facilities is compliance with audit requirement.
- Responsible for company’s vehicle road tax, insurance renewal, permit renewal etc.
- To prepare, maintain tenancy agreement for company property.
- Liaison with government bodies.
- Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Must be flexible.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa. Converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Highly committed and motivated to perform.
- Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
