岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 根据公司既定业绩目标，制定和调整门店运营子目标
Set and adjust store operation sub-goals in accordance with established company performance targets
2. 根据损耗控制目标，制定和调整门店货品损耗率目标
According to the loss control target, develop and adjust the store goods loss rate target
3. 确保店铺各项管理标准执行落地
Ensure the implementation of the store management standards
4. 统筹店铺人员管理与人才培养各项事宜
Coordinate all matters of store personnel management and talent development
5. 根据人力成本控制目标，制定相应的调整和优化方案
Develop appropriate adjustment and optimization plans based on labor cost control targets 6. 根据新店开业计划，合理安排和跟进建店相关工作
According to the new store opening plan, rationalize and follow up the work related to store construction
7. 统筹门店运营后勤各项事务
Coordinate all the logistic affairs of store operation
8. 监督分管部门（工程、IT、品牌、培训）的各项工作完成情况，及时发现问题，并提出解决方案
Supervise the completion of the work of subordinate departments (engineering, IT, branding, training), identify problems and propose solutions in a timely manner
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验
Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in retail industry.
2. 对于门店的货品周转、损耗、人工及其他费用成本控制有深入理解
In-depth understanding of store turnover, wastage, labor and other expense cost control
3. .有沟通协调能力，目标导向强，执行力和抗压力强
Ability to communication and coordination skills, strong goal orientation, strong execution and stress resistance
4. 有市场营销管理及零售连锁行业经验
Experience in marketing management and retail chain industry.
5.熟练掌握英文及中文，能与中国总部无障碍交流
Proficient in Mandarian and English, can work with headquarter.
