Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Audit Executive. For those of you who live in Johor Bahru and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, ING WANG & CO, and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,200 - RM 3,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

1. To participate in client assignments from beginning to end including performing audit field works, verifying documents, compiling audit working papers and collecting sufficient audit evidences in order to accomplish whole audit assignment.

2. To prepare audit planning, prepare audit work papers, audit reports and findings, ensure quality paper work and reports before issuance to clients.

3. To prepare audit reports and present audit findings and recommendations.

4. Perform statutory audits, stock count observation and other verification works.

5. To assist in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner’s review, seeking input for areas of concern and judgement.

6. To be able to advise and communicate with clients in regards to auditing queries.

7. To establish close working relationships with clients, with a view to assess their requirements and to meet their expectations, with all aspects of audit assignments.

8. To liaise with affiliates – secretaries, tax agents, bankers and etc.

9. To complete audit work within budget time and meeting datelines.

Admin Executive

Job Description:

1. To provide general administration duties including responsible for maintaining and updating internal databases; answering telephone calls; dispatching documents and letters; proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval, etc.

2. To assist in various aspects of operations and administration including issuing all types of letters and related correspondences, preparing monthly reports.

3. To perform administrative and office support.

4. To liaise with bankers, lawyers, etc.

5. To closely follow up with customers and teammates.

6. To answer queries by clients and teammates.

7. To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

1. Good time management, ability to multi-task and manage job effectively and timely;

2. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

3. Analytical and meticulous, attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy;

4. Team players who are also able to work well independently and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

5. A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;

6. Own transport preferred and willing to travel when required;

7. Familiar with Audit Express Software will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

1. Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

2. Required skill(s) : Computer literate (Microsoft Word / Excel)

3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

4. With or without working experience
