We are looking for someone with: 

  • Preferably a Degree Holder
  • Effective time management and proficient in work prioritization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for a contractual duration of 4 months
  • Able to based in Shah Alam Branch

On the job you will: 

  • Assist Branch Manager to achieve branch KPI
  • Support in executing business strategies for agency to achieve their sales and recruitment goals.
  • Assist in conducting agency related activities such as training (UUT, SC, AML/CFT, KYB and etc.)
  • Assist and support branch manager whenever requested: such as Boss Preview, Workshop, Seminar, Investment Talk, Roadshow and any work related events.
  • Prepare all necessary reports whenever required ie. Monthly Sales Report, Agency Production & Recruitment Report, Campaign Related Report and etc.
  • Perform data entry for all sales submission to branch, collection for all training fees, BOSS Preview sign up fees, monthly collection report, checking and submission on new agent contracts submission to HQ, monthly banking transaction, filling, preparation on training material and all related administration work
