We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Branch in-Charge (KKIP) in our business office, Uniang Plastic Industries (Sabah) Sdn.Bhd.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 4,000 - RM 5,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Description
- To oversee and lead the overall operations in the branch, such Office, Production, Warehouse, QC, Engineering and others to achieve operational efficiencies.
- To execute all corporate visions, missions, core values, policies and objectives to foster a positive corporate culture.
- To plan and monitor day to day overall branch achievement, efficiency, production and delivery schedule, wastages and others
- To ensure customer orders are delivered on time, quality standard and specification are met.
- To ensure raw materials are available to run operation accordance to plan.
- To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce process & production related problems and delays
- To investigate and follow up on relevant non-conformance issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions taken accordingly, such as customer complaints, internal rejects, disciplinary issues, compliance issues and others.
- To liaise and coordinate with relevant departments in HQ for support, such as Engineering Department for repair and maintenance needs.
- To ensure factory health and safety, hygiene and with good housekeeping practices (6S).
- Provide and organize training for the branch.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food, Science or any related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in the Manufacturing Background.
- Familiar with, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and food safety regulation will be added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skill.
- Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
