We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Branch Operations Executive - Bukit Mertajam. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

We are looking for a service expert responsible for Branch Operations, Customer Service, Policy Servicing and Agency Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer service for Life and General insurance customer
  • Manage and resolve complaints received and to escalate when required
  • Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
  • Decentralization of policy servicing
  • Attending to enquiries and appeals from agents on operational issues
  • Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast paced environment.
  • Willing to travel within Northern region
  • Ability to converse in mandarin will be extremely advantageous
