We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Branding cum Personal Assistant to Director. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, IPGMY (KL) SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,800 - RM 3,800. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

  • Able to edit video
  • Has graphic design skill 
  • Creative,Innovative 
  • Knows how to handle camera for video shooting and photo shooting 
  • Able to write creative scripts 
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin , both written and spoken
  • Can be detailed
  • Multi-tasking


  • Assist to manage social media page for tik-tok, FB, insta and xiao hong su. 
  • Responsible for video editing including short stories and long videos. 
  • Responsible for Video scripting
  • Brainstorm on content creation to be posted on social media platform
  • Collaborate with director to identify his personal branding
  • Attend event with boss to capture moments or create content to be posted on social media 

Personal Assistant

  • Set reminders to arrange a meeting and its content. 
  • Arrange my personal schedule for the appointment with all the leaders and people
  • They all can check my schedule 
  • Prepare presentation slides.
  • Summarized all OKR data and investment study before presenting it to me
