Job Description:
- Gather, analyse & review functional requirement from Business
- Perform first level investigation before escalating to vendor
- Propose workaround solution for issue requiring quick fix
- To support production issues and identify business problems and operational process
- To communicate with users to ensure business processes and workflow requirements are met
- To involve in UAT release
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology/Software Engineer/any IT related certification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Independent and resourceful, proficient in written and spoken English
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
