Our company Merimen Online Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Software, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of business analyst and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for deciphering clients’ business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and steering projects to success while offering expert user guidance and dynamic training. Join us in shaping business transformation!
What you will do
- To understand the clients’ business and process needs and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications.
- To manage requirements and change requests processes.
- To support project planning, execution, progress monitoring and issue escalation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- To guide and advise clients with the usage of system, support and resolve day to day potential operational issues faced by clients.
- To conduct end-user application training and demonstration.
- To develop and update operations and training documents.
- To work closely with the technical team to gain an understanding of application architecture and functionalities.
- To maintain warm relationship with users.
- Conduct Integration and User Acceptance Tests
- To provide pre-sales support to business development team.
- To travel to meet clients.
What you will need
- Preferably minimum 2 years direct experience in enterprise IT project management.
- Possess Degree in Business Management or IT Solutions/ Project Management, or higher, in a relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging with people from range of background and seniority
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT systems for insurance or financial services industries and with interest in technology is preferred
