Job Description
- Prepare documentation for local authority approval and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Liaise with local authorities including LLM, JKR, KKR, Pejabat Tanah, Jabatan Perancangan, Jabatan Kawalan Bangunan and Jabatan Perlesenan to develop and obtain approval on new sites
- Prepare Tender Documents
- To do Site Plan for new projects
- To seek and identify a new billboard site.
- To keep track on License, Kelulusan Merancang and Insurance for all locations
- To obtain Work Permit, Road Closure Permit, Structure Permit, and other related permits when required
- Attend meeting and site visit when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 or above working experience in the related field is required.
- Work independent
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and work in KL area
