The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 4,300 - RM 6,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
● Developing new and valuable customer relationships.
● Build strong brand awareness and name recognition in the market.
● Work with the executive team to create new service lines of business.
● Work with and assist the marketing team on marketing-related strategies and execution.
● Work with the sales team to draft and produce detailed proposals, and quotations.
● Represent the company, Negotiate and sign contracts with customers as may be needed.
● Achieve business-related targets and results.
● Develop and retain relationships with industry professionals.
● Keep up to date on industry developments related to tech, players, and practices.
● Responsible for live streaming local operations, with responsibilities such as:
● Set the guidelines and strategy for local agencies and MCNs, influencers, users，campaigns and partnership.
● Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building “Live+” ecosystem through establishing good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies.
● Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up popular topics, events, social hot issues etc.
● Participate in drafting and revising related policies of agencies/talents/influencers management. negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
Qualifications And Specialized Knowledge
- Diploma/Degree in business, marketing any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Have good PR and multi-tasking
- Excellent telephone etiquette
