We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit potential talents / individuals from multiple social platforms to join our group as Live streamer / Host.
- Coordinate, manage and conduct training with agencies & Host / Streamer to achieve company’s goals.
- Oversees their day-to-day activities including content, performance, strategy and etc.
- Coordinate department’s objectives, timelines and schedules, in order to prepare related reports.
- Read the script describing the product or service and conduct a prepared recruitment consultations to persuade potential hosts/agencies
- Achieving monthly KPIs.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned to you by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Public relation/Broadcasting is preferred.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Training will be provided.
- Related working experience in the similar fields (insurance, property and etc) will be a huge additional point.
- Talkative and extrovert attitude is an added advantage.
- Having a broad networking skill is an added advantage.
