ABOUT COMPANY:

We are property management company managing over 100 units in Klang Valley. We manage properties for investors and developers with our excellent hospitality plan. We are expanding the coverage of our business and need talents who have the same patient to grow with us.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Discovering new property owners and getting new contracts to work with us. Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To plan and execute management strategies to achieve the business target set by the company management in the assigned market segment
  • Interaction with customers to build robust relationship with customers, in order to increase company reputation
  • Understand the marketing trend to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to meet the monthly & annual performance target
  • Identify potential markets opportunities through extensive market research and studies for existing and new projects
  • Co-operate with internal team in establishing promotions on regular basis to meet deadlines and agreed deliverable
  • Able to coordinate projects well and manage client’s requests
  • Enjoy brainstorms and the idea conceptualization process
  • Plan and execute short and long term business development strategies and initiatives
  • Follow up with existing customer
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication and Presentation skill
