We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, experienced in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and domiciled in Selangor and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Description:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  •  Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  •  Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  •  Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  •  Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes


  • Experience in face-to-face sales
  • At least 5 years in sales and 2 years in leading team
  • Must be well verse with Microsoft Office – word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to travel
  • Strong and proven analytical skill and organizing skill
  • Able to prepare business plan and ensure execution
