The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Join us as C&B cum HR Business Partner role and you will:

  1. Drive yearly salary review exercise for Malaysia, including ensure salary recommendation within the budget allocated.
  2. Work closely with all parties to facilitate half yearly performance review and bonus plan.
  3. Act as a local plan officer to support Company Share activity and work together with global share team in end-to-end share subscription process.
  4. Conduct market benchmark analysis and participate compensation & benefits survey by liaising with research consultant company and provide relevant statistical or remuneration data to Management.
  5. Administer employee rewards and staff benefits on timely basis.
  6. Handling insurance administration, including yearly renewal exercise, employees enquiries and complaint, etc.
  7. Ensure monthly shadow payroll are administered in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with local legislation. 
  8. Ensure proper filing of tax returns and other statutory requirement in accordance with the local legislations.
  9. Responsible for salary proposal and letter administration for internal mobility.
  10. Work closely with HR Manager to support global and internal country survey and employee engagements initiative ie. Great Place To Work, HRCSAT survey and their action plan accordingly.
  11. Acts as a single point of contact and serves as a consultant & business partner to assigned business/functional unit on strategic & tactical advisory & support on human resources related issues that reflects HR objectives of the organization.
  12. Lead the ad-hoc project assigned from time to time.

We are looking for the candidate with requirements below:

  1. Minimum of 3 years working experiences in HR C&B function.
  2. Experiences/Knowledge in Success Factor C&B module is advantage.
  3. Expertise in C&B practices, able to act as C&B SPOC between difference stakeholders.
  4. Strong on C&B data analysis and reporting; Proficient in MS Excel.
  5. Willing to explore for HRBP role.
