We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Claims Officer. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, DPO International Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial with at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

  • To manage claims processing related activities that is compliant to Company’s Best Practices for the group of companies.
  • To ensure claims and it’s documentations are managed in the most appropriate and cost-effective manner.
  • To attend to all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Attend all claims under inbound and outbound shipment.
  • To prepare monthly department and claims reports and any other reports when necessary
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or any related field.
  • Candidate with 1 year of working experience in claims in insurance, medical or food industry would be added advantage.
  • Candidate must have/be good communication skills, high adaptability and ability to manage multiple task at the same time
  • Candidate must be meticulous, able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Willing to work in Taman Melawati, KL.
